As soon as you have confirmed your date you should reserve your rental, but 6 months prior to the date is recommended. Your reservation is not complete until we receive a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. This will reserve your rental for the date chosen before any other events we may have quoted or pending to be scheduled. The remaining balance will be due 3 days prior to your event.

Do I need a tent permit? How do I get one?

Every city and parish have different requirements. It is best to check with the city or parish permit department the tent will be set up in to determine the specific guidelines required.

What is the Damage Waiver on my contract?

This is a highly recommended, optional protection that covers any accidental or unintentional damage to the equipment while in your possession. It would not apply to missing items or damage occurred due to poor judgement or negligence.

What is a Rain Plan?

This is a way for you to reserve a tent to protect your event from rain or other unforeseen weather conditions. To reserve equipment, a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the equipment from being rented out to any other customer. Equipment rental can be canceled prior to noon 3 days before event and no balance will be due.
